    @tulin 100% agreed.exactly the same experience.in addition to all of that, she took the photos in a rush, n then blamed us for why we didnt told prior abt the options of digital/printed/both. Neither it was mentioned in store anywhere nor she has explained. Terrible experience.

    Staff usually very friendly, one caucasian lady comes across quite grumpy. Other than that, good service.
