One word: WOW! This place is a gem. Expect to spend at least 2 hours here if you want to explore all the exhibits, which are very well managed and maintained. Great for families and aviation buffs. There are outsa outdoor space for kids to roam and view the taking off and landing of light aircrafts.

This place is really great. Make sure you get a good guide too, their knowledge is amazing. The F1-11 was the highlight for me. Beautiful aircraft.

The RAAF staff and volunteers do a great job restoring and displaying Australia's Air Force history. There are many aircraft to view and learn about and lots of information to take in. With free entry this is an museum to visit. The flying display and information session for visitors at 1pm on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday is interesting and interactive with pilots taking questions and answers after the flights.

Amazing display, with many more aircraft than I was expecting. Very professionally displayed. Very high service level by volunteers. A huge credit to themselves and the community. Well done!

Just a note that the eatery there is very small, so best to bring your own food, or eat before you reach.

We were wowed by the restoration projects and the heritage gallery. I missed out on the interactive flying display and I am sure that I will revisit the museum again.
