    The receptionist was SO RUDE . Been going to this branch for a long time for scans but after today not sure i will again. Needs training in being polite and decent manners

    The most an inflexible attitude of receptionists and the system. Just go somewhere else, don't waste your time & money! Even one star is way too much for them. Very disappointed.

    I've been there few times and I went today for a pelvic ultrasound but i had most terrible experience today and still not feeling well. Firstly there are two receptionist and one lady was so rude looks like she doesn't wanna work and whoever did ultrasound for me she wasn't gentle at all very rough and painful and uncomfortable it was such as awful experience. Better go to someone else.

    Had a steroid injection in the shoulder. Came back and really the injection had no effect whatsoever. They need better doctors.

    Went for pelvic ultrascan and the lady was not gentle at all! I'll rather pay more to go MIA at Hoppers Lane!
