  Poor. The new self checkout is confusing. .no signs on where to line up and the individual stations appeared to be malfunctioning such that one of the target staff was trying to resolve issues at each one . I'm not inclined to rush back to Target especially noting that Kmart is now selling better quality items and doesn't seem to have half these birthing issues. lift your game Target I'm an unsatisfied customer.

  Tried calling to ask if they had an item in stock. Kept getting hung up on or they would pick up and place me back on hold. Didnt even get the chance to speak to anyone

  One of our favourite around point cook. It's spacious, staff are very friendly and customer service are always satisfying. Happy shopping here with family.

  Hate it - do not like the change one bit! The whole new floor layout looks like its a factory warehouse - so hard to find what you looking for - no mirrows to have a quick check to see if you would like something in case you don't have time to try - really not liking the new look target - not enjoying shopping in Target Point Cook anymore :(...sorry.

  I went to target with my girlfriend, when we heard the last 5 minutes call to finalise the payments we went to the service desk as we wanted to get store credits for a returning product. The service desk guy was helping us and it room sometime as it should. After we were coming out we rudely shouted us by a short haired blonde lady screaming “we had to wait just for you, I have to send the kids home”.
