  I ordered 2 tyres and called after 2 weeks to see where they were. Called again before going overseas for 3 weeks and couldn't get ahold of anyone. Never got a call while away and nearly 7 weeks later still have nothing.

  Wasn't happy with my experience. I have a bit of knowledge and they tried to add in extra things that were not needed. Quote for items needing replacement was ridiculous. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone

  Went in to speak to someone about my tyres and a logbook service. I was told I couldn't book in the service because I wasn't quite at the kms needed. I then asked if someone could have a quick look at my tyres to let me know whether I should order the 1 I needed or more. The guy went out to look and get my sizes but told me he didn't know if I needed more than one and it was up to me.

  Called about getting new tyres. Spoke to Cameron who was awesome. Fantastic customer service from the guys there too. Very happy with my new tyres, wheel alignment and the no charge for tubless valve stem and balance that came with the tyre purchase. Match prices are a valued added bonus too. Advice for customers.. be early as parking may take a few minutes. Its so very busy around there for parks.

  Service is really bad, i am not sure Kmart management will read this or not but seriously take some action to fix that centre.
